Is there a way to close zero balance cases in bulk?? I bill for numerous providers and have never closed cases and I am now realizing it would be nice to purge the really old stuff but it would take me days to go through each case individually and close them.

oh dear, nevermind....i found it in the archive option. Does archiving patients case records remove it from all reports and keep it off of their statements if we choose to print patient statments with bill paid entry's??

Also...I noticed it didn't close a lot of cases that have a zero balance, why is that???? what is the criteria for it to close a case? most of the cases it didn't close are from 2015 and 2016, but they have had a zero balance for over a year. I would love to know how this works

Some reports include archive data and some do not. You have to be careful. I think all the payments have to be applied also. The other option is the rounding utility in MediUtils but this takes a VERY long time to run. Repair Payment References might also affect this and that is also in MediUtils.
