Pay-To Tax ID isn't generating in ansi format

I have my pay-to tax id formatted correctly in the practice info screen. However, when it flows over to the clearinghouse in ansi format, it is not populating. I have already spoke to the clearinghouse and they say it has to be on my end. When I print the claim, it does populate in box 25 HICFA) as it is supposed to. How can I fix this. This is version 21.

Are you using Revenue Management to generate your claims.

Yes I am using Revenue Management.

I wonder if you need to file the claim as a group practice instead of an individual. You can set that up on the provider ids grid and make sure both the provider and practice id grids have your tax id in them.

I tried changing it to group. However, all it did was take my facility info out on the claim. It did not fix the original problem.
