BACKUP AND RESTORE ONLY THE PATIENT DEMOGRAPHICS WITHOUT CHARGES, ETC

Is it possible to do a backup and restore a practice with only the patient information? I have a new client office, and their medisoft is a mess. I would like to sort of start over for them, but would be nice to already have the patients information loaded?

There is a MediUtils option to Reset Accounting. This basically deletes out all transactions, and appointments but leaves you with everything else. Also, Medisoft v21 has a write-off utility which will zero out everything prior to a specified date.

can you tell me where or how I do the MediUtils option? if I did the write off utility, it will still show all of the previous stuff, which im trying to get away from. thanks so much for your help!

You have to browse in Windows to \Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils.exe.
