When trying to access revenue management reports, I receive an error stating "file reports.exe not found". Why am I unable to open?

More than likely your anti-virus quarantined the file. You can configure your anti-virus not to scan \Medisoft\Bin and then re-install the
latest service pack for your version of Medisoft. Be sure to run the Revenue Management Check for Updates after doing the install.

How do I configure the anti-virus to not scan Medisoft?

That depends on which anti-virus you are using. Some of them can't be configured. If yours can't be configured, then switch to Windows Defender or something else.

I have uninstalled our anti virus program completely and I am still getting the same error. What step should I try next?

Then reinstall your version of Medisoft.
