I want to adjust for the reminder patience to zero as this symbol indicates. 2015, 2014 , and ETC.
Instead of doing the adjustment manually for many many patients is there a program I can use?

In Medisoft v21 there is a write-off utility to write off balances older than a date that you select. So you could write off anything older than 12/31/2015 for example.

Can I do anything with V19

The only option is manual entry on v19. With Network Pro, there is a small balance write off, but this will only write off small balances and definitely not the $125 example you gave above.

That's the Cut Off date on the left hand side. You have to enter the Write Off Code, maximum write-off amount, and statement submission count and then click Apply.
