Remainder statements with all payment detail

For some reason I cannot get all insurance payment detail to print on a patient remainder statement. All that appears is the charge and patient copayments made. How can I get this to pull in? I don't want to hand a patient ledger to a patient. The patient ledger is too confusing for them to understand. Usually patients request printouts for a particular date of service to submit to their health savings companies for reimbursement. Also, diagnosis codes for cancer policies would be nice on them too.
Any helpful suggestion?

Try a regular Patient Statement then from the Reports -> Patient Statements menu.
