Pop up message when entering payment info
This is my first time to this site. I have been using Medisoft since April. Today a new "pop-up" generates while entering insurance payments. Each time I apply funds to a patient's account and click on the Save Payments/Adjustments tab I get a pop up that says: "Claim number(s) 58483 have been marked "done" for the primary insurance." I have to click ok each time to move on to the next payment. Can someone please tell me how I go about fixing this?
