I'm having issues with my printer mis-aligning the text on my HFCA form when I print from Medisoft. The diagnosis codes are the worst, always too high and not sitting on the correct lines in box 21. I remotely login into a computer to do billing for my office and use my local HP printer to print. I can not find any settings to adjust the text in Medisoft. I'm afraid if I sent them in like that, they will not be readable. Any suggestions to fix this?

Make sure you have Medisoft v19 or higher and you are using a report based off a template that has 2/12 in it's name. If you purchased your Medisoft from us or purchased support from us, then I can send a knowledge base article that explains how to line up the report to your printer in about 15 minutes.
