Need help in printing CMS 1500 forms. My problem is that it only generates certain dates of services. I never had this problem before. What can I do to fix the problem? I need to print all dates of service rendered and not certain dates that Medisoft generates.

Hi Natalie, I am not sure where you are going wrong. Are the charges not being picked up during the create claims process in the Clams Management window?

A number of reasons can cause this. Are these primary or secondary claims? If you made changes to the insurance on the Case, then you need to click Update All in Transaction Entry.
