Hi,
I need a report that includes patient name, remainder balance, and an adjustment code, and is sorted by patient name.

I tried the Procedure day sheet and exported it to excel for sorting purposes, but it does not include the remainder balance.
I created a custom report, but Sort By Patient Name is not an option in the Data Filters, and I can't export it to Excel.

Any other reports I can try or any other suggestions?

Yeah that's a pretty specific report. You'll probably need to work with a Medisoft re-seller who can write this for you. We currently charge $180 for most reports. Private message me for details.
