Remainder Statement

Post by SalJim71 » Wed Feb 10, 2016 2:00 pm

For some reason all of a sudden my remainder statements are printing in a smaller format, leaving several inches on the right side & bottom of a standard letter size sheet of paper. I checked all of my settings & ever thing is set to letter format.

Hmm, did you recently change your monitor configuration or change screen resolutions? What screen resolution are you using in Windows and are you running in XP Mode or accessing Medisoft on a server via Remote Desktop?

Yeah, Medisoft doesn't behave too well under remote desktop on some of the wider resolutions. Try one of the more square resolutions like 1024x768 or 1280x800. You will need to make sure you log off rather than just disconnect when you change resolutions.
