I have a code that is not an insurance billable code. What do I to type in the "Don't Bill To Insurance" box under the procedure- general tab?

The simplest method would be to change the procedure type to Billing Charge and check the box Patient Only Responsible. Then run \Medisoft\Bin\MediUtils -> Repair Payment References to update any procedures that were already entered in the system.
