Need to print 0 or 9 in box UNDER box 66DX on UB-04 claim form

This is only supported on Medisoft v19 or higher and it should calculate automatically if you use the "v19" version of the UB04 report template.

Thank you.....Have the right form now, having issues getting the number in the box. I modified the form so everything lines up but I can't get the 9 or 10 in the box to the left and was wondering if the margins can be moved?

Did you try a negative value in the left margin in report properties? The margins on the UB04 are pretty tight. Some printers just aren't capable to print that far to the left.
