Hey Gavin,

We have Medisoft Version 19 on all our machines which is a 15 user pack. This morning one of my colleagues ran old version of Medisoft V17 on her system as there was an error on Medisoft. She later uninstalled Medisoft application from her computer. I tried to install V19 from installables on her machine and it goes to a page where it says install Medisoft and just sits there and does nothing. Please help.

That probably corrupted your data. You should not run multiple versions of Medisoft on the same computer. In your case, all computers should be running v19 sp1 with the hot fix. If you restore a backup of your entire MediData folder on the server, that should probably get you back to where you need to be. If you need a data repair, we currently charge $300 to do that.
