Medisoft/Lytec Mobile on Apple iOS9

McKesson has positively verified the Medisoft/Lytec Mobile app on iOS9. You can continue operating machines with this operating system. If following upgrading to the new operating system and you meet a problem, please uninstall and reinstall the app. If the problem continues, call your value-added re-seller.

Definitely does not work with IOS 9.1....Both Medisoft Mobile and Medisoft Ver 20 crash and won't even open....and many others have complained about this issue.

Did you uninstall the app and re-install it? Are you using the Medisoft v20 app?

Uninstalled and reinstalled Medisoft app with no luck in launching the app.

Can you confirm if your iPad is 64-bit OS or not? I am told the issue only happens on 64-bit OS iPads.

I think it's 64bit since it is iPad Air 2....So, when will Medisoft upgrades the apps so they work with all iPads under IOS 9?

The word I got back from McKesson on this is they have a solution in beta testing right now.

The Medisoft v20 and Lytec 2015 Mobile app will be released on iOS9 the first half of January (based on when Apple will allow it to be deployed). It is important to note that the Medisoft v20 and Lytec 2015 Mobile app is only supported on tablet devices (not supported on iPhone).

I see that the update to the mobile app has not yet been released so the app is still useless....Any update as to when the app will be fixed??

We are pleased to proclaim that the Medisoft v20 Mobile 2.3 app is now supported for Apple tablet machines operating iOS9.
Problem Repaired
64-bit system now starts when installing Mobile 2.3 on Apple tablet machines operating iOS9.
Download Mobile 2.3 App
To download the Mobile 2.3 app, go the iTunes® shop and hunt by means of the keywords "Medisoft v20".

This is just a preliminary draft, but I am told that eMDs plans to bring the iPhone app back shortly after the release of Medisoft v21 and Lytec v2017. This will occur in early 2017.
