Billing ICD 9 after 10-01-15

Hi
If i have to go back and rebill older dates of service ( prior to 10-01-15 ), do i need to go in and reset the insurance carrier to icd -9, rebill/transmit and then go back and reset the carrier to icd-10? I have not reset my system yet, I was waiting until I received my October dates of service.

No you don't, just make sure the cut over date on the insurance is 10/1/2015 and Medisoft will down-code the ICD-10 to an ICD-9 if it is mapped.
