We are running v17 in our office and are starting to use ICD10 codes. The problem we are running into (and did with ICD9 as well) is that on our receipts the diagnosis code doesn't fit. The entire code doesn't print out by a couple digits at least. Is there a way to make the margins bigger for the diagnosis portion of the receipt so we don't have this problem?

You can modify the layout of the receipts in Reports -> Design Bills and Custom Reports,

We submitted a test claim to our clearing house, the ICD 10 codes went thru but now they say I'm in the old format. Advising us to go to Box 19 adding: (ICD0) and then in box 21 differentiate between ICD9 and Icd-10.UH?? First how do I get to these boxes to correct this error? Are these errors?? The clearinghouse has been accepting these lay outs since the forms changed to 02-12.. Can you tell me where or how to get to these boxes in my Medisoft software? Thank you..

Medisoft print image was not updated for the new CMS-1500 2/12 claim form that came out on 4/2014. We highly recommend you switch to ANSI 5010 claims using Revenue Management.
