Does anyone know if there is a report that would tell me what patients were seen within a certain date range, that had a certain insurance? I can find a general one for the date and insurance but it doesn't list the patients seen. Also, no clue on building my own.
Thanks!
Theresa

Thank you Gavin Walker!!!!!!! I have been all over the site, knew it had to be possible but but was ignoring that one due to the "Electronic" part. Mine are paper, so I figured that wouldn't work. Really appreciate your help

oK, SO I got excited too soon. This report is great in that it shows me what patients were seen during my period of time. However, is there a report that will show what patients were Medicaid during a period of time, and it will also include DOB and ID#?

Insurance carrier is part of the range selection. It would be possible to modify the report in Reports Pro to filter by Insurance class and then you could setup an insurance class for "Medicaid" if you have multiple Medicaid insurance carriers. You could also add the additional data elements you requested. You could work with a Medisoft VAR to write a custom report for you. We currently charge $180 for most reports.

After running what reports I can find, I'm hitting a blank wall, and am in need of a report for the following:
Ran with DOS parameters in mind, then I need name, DOB, Insurance payer, insurance ID, DOS, proboly sorted by last name. How long would this take, as I'm sure you are guessing, I needed it yesterday.
