This started happening after the last update to RM on our v19 Network Pro version: We are unable to split claims cleanly - When I try to split a claim, RM crashes. When I restart RM, there is a new claim with NO transactions in it and the old claim is intact.
I am not able to get around this. Anyone else seen this? Is there a fix???

I'll pass this error along to McKesson. In the meantime have you tried doing the split claims function in Claims Management instead of Revenue Management? I know it is less convenient.

Thanks Gavin, that is exactly what I am being forced to do now. I do have backups but am *really* afraid that the database is somehow corrupt and a big disaster is waiting round the corner.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
