how to generate a patient email list for print or export to excel file

I am new to medisoft V19 and find this program a bit complicated.
I am wanting to be able to create an email list from my patient data base. To either print out or export into excel or another program so that I can use to send out current monthly news letters.

Hi, just go to Lists -> Patients/Guarantors and Cases and Right-Click on the grid on the left and select Print Grid. Add or Remove any fields you want/don't want. Be sure EMail is Added since you want that. Then Click OK -> Export Data to CSV -> Start.

Medisoft Advanced or Network Pro is required for this.
