Office Hours

Hi,

My name is Keith McAnear and I work for CTSI, the managed services provider for Brownfield Regional Medical Center (BRMC). I am new to Medisoft and have been troubleshooting an issue that they are having with Office Hours. They have four providers that they work with every day, and on each day, one of the four provider's schedule will not print from Office Hours. The provider's schedule (that cannot be printed) alternates each day.

After they submit the print job, nothing happens, nor is there a resultant error. I have verified that the printer functions normally and the other three provider's schedules print from Office Hours normally.

Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Keith, what version and service pack of Office Hours and version and service pack of Windows do you have?

Hi Gavin,

Thanks for such a prompt reply! I deal with lots of vendors and software developers throughout the day I am not used to such great service!

They are running version 19 and they are running Windows 7 Professional X64.

This seems to happen if an appointment is outside the parameters. If your schedule is set for 15 minute intervals and you put a 10 minute appointment this can happen. Sometimes it will let you print and then other times just stop. Need to check all appointments and make sure they fit within the parameters. You will either need to change the appointment times or the parameter times.
