Office Hours
My name is Keith McAnear and I work for CTSI, the managed services provider for Brownfield Regional Medical Center (BRMC). I am new to Medisoft and have been troubleshooting an issue that they are having with Office Hours. They have four providers that they work with every day, and on each day, one of the four provider's schedule will not print from Office Hours. The provider's schedule (that cannot be printed) alternates each day.
After they submit the print job, nothing happens, nor is there a resultant error. I have verified that the printer functions normally and the other three provider's schedules print from Office Hours normally.
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for such a prompt reply! I deal with lots of vendors and software developers throughout the day I am not used to such great service!
They are running version 19 and they are running Windows 7 Professional X64.
