An update to the Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App will be available in 10 business days. Apple® has accepted McKesson's updates and will distribute the revised Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App to the iTunes shop within 10 business days.

Underneath is a list of fixed problems:
  • • Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App: Double Booked Appointments now show properly.
    • Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App: iPad Screen auto rotates
    • Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App: App will not fail when trying to insert charges on an appointment which does NOT have a chart number
    • Lytec Mobile App: The app properly shows the appointment rows when a default appointment time is used.
    • Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App: Text from the appointment no longer overwrites text in the adjoining fields.
    • Medisoft and Lytec Mobile App: Default Units in the confirm screen permit whole number entry with decimal point.
    • Lytec Mobile App: Appointments show properly when no provider is given.
    • Lytec Mobile App: Inactive providers are no longer accessible to choose in the app.
This release also ensures iOS 8 compatibility.

Update to Medisoft® Mobile App

Multiple appointments at same time are showing up, that's a start. But the app would crash if you click to scroll down the appointment list to let's say 5PM, then click on another day where there is no appointments in the afternoon. I suppose the app is looking for appointments at the same time, when it doesn't see any, it would crash. A work-around would be to scroll back up to the top of the appointment list, then click on another day, then it wouldn't crash. Still, it's annoying that the update had been released but it's still buggy. :(

So, if I read your post correctly, you are using the latest version of Medisoft Mobile.

What type of device are you using Medisoft Mobile on? (iPad, iPad mini, iPhone)
What iOS version is the device using?
Is the issue isolated to just one practice in Medisoft or have you been able to duplicate the issue with other Medisoft practices?

Any help that you can provide to us on this issue is appreciated. Thank you and have a nice day.
