NPI will not print in box 33 a

I am having trouble getting the NPI to print in box 33a. It wants to print slightly above the box. I have gone into my custom report designer and changed things around until I am blue in the face. Nothing seems to make this move down in the box. Then, I used to Medisoft 1500 that will print the form. Insurances won't take it!!! They want the red CMS 1500. I have changed the top and bottom margins as well as increase and decrease the data band sizes in the report properties. What is the trick to getting this piece of info down in the box completely? I am going bezerk

Did you try changing the size of the footer band?
