including billed paid entries on statements

If we uncheck the box that says "exlude billed paid entried" when sending statements, will it include all billed charges forever, or is there a way to only include charges billed and paid from the previous statement? We have a lot of patients that want to see where their money was applied, but we don't want to included all billed charges forever. What, if any, options do we have with this.

If I were taking a guess, you have a bunch of charges that are not "marked" as billed in Medisoft even though they are paid. So what you can do is print your statements using a date range that includes charges from several months ago and back. Now, print them to a PDF print driver, or export them so that Medisoft will mark them as billed. Now you can print your statements as you normally do and the option will work as expected.
