V19 Not printing the N4 or NDC information on new Claim form

Post by tlvaughnjr » Mon Apr 14, 2014 4:51 pm

I cannot for the life of me figure this one out.
I've been doing a fairly decent job of editing all of my custom claim forms to use the new 1500 02-12 forms but now I'm stuck!
I can't seem to get a claim form to pull the data and print an NDC code or qualifier in box 24a - whatever....

Can anyone help me with this as I have way more hours in this than I should and I'm about to give up.

Thanks in advance. Otherwise, I love the new version, just very frustrated right now. :x

Did you click the Details button in Transaction Entry and make sure the NDC information is filled in? If you enter the NDC information on the Procedure Code, it will default in the Details in Transaction Entry.

I've had the same problem with the NDC information for the last few years! and I have added the information on all the "J" codes.
If I key the service line myself it will be populated but if the transaction just comes to Medisoft from SpringCharts its not! Its been a real pain; hope someone has a solution for this

I have requested this enhancement to the SpringCharts interface before. Which interface are you using? Communication Manager, MPIC, or X-Link?
