Office Hours Pro - Template Design

Post by tlvaughnjr » Tue Mar 18, 2014 3:49 pm

Does anyone know where I might get some assistance in designing a multi-view layout for Office Hours. I need to see multiple providers for an entire week. Also, is there any way to lock my view? For instance, if I zoom into a view can I save my zoomed view? I don't explain myself very well sometimes so if you need clarification on any of this please don't hesitate to ask. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

We can walk you through how to do this in a couple of hours. We currently charge $125/hour. We also have training videos that covers how to do this. They are $25/month. Private message me if you are interested.

Thanks for getting back to me so soon. The system won't let me post private messages. (Says I'm not authorized for that feature). If I get a chance today, I'll give you a call at the number on your post. Thanks again, at least I know theres hope. :)

You are fine for electronic claims until 10/1/2014, but paper claims must be printed on the new claim form.

currently using medisoft v17, do we really need to upgrade after oct 2014 or is there any way that we can just keep the v17. Can we just modify or edit some info in the ver 17?

It is up to you to try to make Medisoft v17 work. We will not be able to support CMS-1500 2/12 nor ICD-10 on anything older than Medisoft v19.
