Eligiblity checking in v17 and v19

Is there a built in function in medisoft to check insureds eligibility without using Relay Health? Maybe theres an add in module out there or some other solution. I really don't want to use Relay Health and was hoping to also avoid having to use revenue manager although that could be a possiblility. Any help anyone out there could give me would be greatly greatly appreciated.

We have another module available for GatewayEDI (Trizetto), but honestly it costs more than RelayHealth. Revenue Management has an eligibility communication setup for Capario, but I have never set it up and cost is going to be about the same as RelayHealth. I suppose you can write your own script in Revenue Management to connect to another clearinghouse, but McKesson won't provide any documentation on script writing.
