Medisoft User Deletion vs Inactive

Hello,

We recently had an employee leave us. What are the differences between deleting an account and making it inactive? What happens to all the data entered by said employee if they get deleted?

Nothing will happen to your data if you delete a user out of Medisoft. It is recommended that you inactivate the user so you maintain a record of the user's first and last name that was registered with the user's code.
