Our practice has multiple providers and multiple locations. We use the day sheets to balance each morning. Problem is that the reports pull the information from the indivual case not the information in the transaction entry so if the patient is set up at one location and provider and they see another for a visit or go to another location for the visit both the day report and the claims generate from what is set up in the case is there a way of overriding this? I tried overiding in the transaction entry but it still pulls what is in the case. We don't want to create a new case each time they see a different provider or are seen in a different location.

If you have Medisoft Advanced v15 or higher, there is the Patient Day Sheet by Facility. This is located under Reports -> Medisoft Reports -> Facility Financials. This version of the report groups everything by facility first.

I realize this but the report is pulling from the case information not the transaction entry lines so even if we entered the new location and or provider the report reverts it back to the case and therapist that is located in the case on the report and the claim that is generated.

It sounds like you need a custom report. If you are proficient with report writing, you can get Medisoft Reports Pro and do it yourself. You can also work with someone to write this report for you. We currently charge $180 for a custom report.
