Is it possible to run two versions of Medisoft at the same time?

This is not recommended. The newer version of Medisoft will auto-find the last dataset that was opened. If it was an older version, the data will auto convert up and then you can't use the older version of Medisoft anymore. The older version will auto-find the last dataset that was opened and if it was a newer version, it will corrupt the registry to where no one can get into Medisoft without re-registering the product again.

No, this is NOT recommended. You will likely get errors. And if not, old versions of Medisoft will not populate data into the new database schema correctly. Later, when you do upgrade your Medisoft, it can cause unforeseen problems. Therefore, you should always run with the latest service pack of the version of Medisoft that you own. Do not mix versions or service packs from the same machine or different machines on the same network.
