for some reason on a few patients when I am applying a deposit the list of dates is extremely long. some dating back years. I have checked the box that says "show unpaid only" and for most patients this does the trick but some still have a huge amount of dates. when I save the payments it locks up Medisoft for about 10 minutes because of all the dates. Does anyone know how to get these dates removed?

Could it be that there are no payments applied to those charges for the payer making the payment? Not sure why it locks up for 10 minutes. Sometimes a message box pops up behind the main window. If this happens, press Alt-Tab to switch away from Medisoft and press Alt-Tab again to switch back. This will pop the message box back on top.
