Applying Comment to DOS

Is there a way to apply a comment (that has a zero value) to a specific date of service? Would this comment and zero value show up on reports like a transaction report or patient statement?

When we download remits many times a comment will come through, applied to a date but without any type of reduction, and it shows up on our reports. However I can not figure out how to create a comment and manually apply it in the same way.

You can do this in Transaction Entry. Just click the Note button and type in your note. If you have customized your patient statement report to print statement notes, then you can change the Type to Statement Note and the note will print on your statements.
