Ever since updating to Medisoft Net Pro v. 17 .....
Our Remainder statements build and print OK but the statement update job that runs automatically after statements are generated either takes FOREVER to run or locks up (with no error).
Anyone seen this problem before???
FYI we are not runnig Statement Management just a customized form of the old original remainer statement (All transactions) version.
