Patient Aging Report - where do I find it??

Post by pfc » Wed May 30, 2012 10:52 am

I used to run the Patient Aging Report. I cannot find the Patient Aging Report in my list of reports. All I am trying to do is to run a report that shows what patients have an outstanding balance. I have spent hours trying to find this. Please help. (We are running Version 12 SP2.)

Thanks very much!!!

It should be on your menu: Reports -> Aging Reports -> Patient Aging Report.

If you don't see the menu item, then maybe your menus were accidentally customized. You can reset the menu by dropping down the arrow to the far right on the menu toolbar and select Add or Remove Buttons -> Reset Toolbar.

I looked under Reports and there was no Aging Reports selection. So I Reset Toolbar as you suggested. I looked under Reports again and still there is no selection for Aging Reports.

Do you have any other ideas of how to get it? Ugh...

Thanks so much!

Try reinstalling Medisoft v12 sp2. The first time you start up Medisoft after reinstalling, it is supposed to re-import the standard report definitions back into the database.
