PRINTING SECONDARY

good friday gavin,
i am trying to print my secondary and cant
the primary says done
the secondary says ready to send (paper)
and then i get there are no claims to be printed using the filter specified
i have tryed print/send and the reprint its still a no go :?:

Try printing a Billing/Payment Status report and see what that shows.

i did that and it says patient bal 115.06
what does that mean??

What is displayed under Policy 1, Policy 2, Policy 3, and Guarantor columns?
