Maillist Report

We are trying to run a report of a mailing list of all patients seen in a certain time period. We have not found exactly what we are looking for and I am wondering if anyone can help us to propagate such a report?

Try this report. In Medisoft go to Reports -> Medisoft Reports -> Plus Pack -> Guarantor Mailing Labels.
