This is the Legacy ID on the Provider IDs grid. You need to find out what qualifier you are supposed to use with a TPI# (maybe 1D for Medicaid).

First, make sure Medicaid actually requires this on electronic claims. Then in Revenue Management go to Configure > Receivers and edit the receiver you are using to submit your claims. Make sure Suppress Legacy IDs is unchecked and click Save. Then edit your provider record and go to the IDs tab and edit the record that matches your Medicaid claims (or setup a a payer level override for Medicaid). In the Legacy Ids field select a qualifier of 1D or whatever qualifier that Medicaid requires for these ids and then enter your TPI. Click Save.

They are saying the NPI that you filed the claim under doesn't match the number they have on file for you. I am leaning towards you need to file you claims as an Indiviual instead of a group.
