my medicaid has been going over with the wrong info where is it in medisoft that i can put the right info and how do i take out the info in box 32 thanks(where is it )

Box 32 comes from the transaction facility which defaults off the case account tab.

On Medisoft v16 or higher, box 33 is determined by Provider -> Provider IDs tab. Edit the grid item that matches your claim. Select File Claim as Individual/Group depending on if you need individual or group. If you need different options to handle different payers, setup a grid line for each payer if you have to.

All NPIs are for billing. Determine if you need the group or individual NPI and choose the option accordingly.
