sending secondarys

ok gavin a pt just gave me there secondary to file they didnt have there card on them (medicaid) can you walk me thru sending this electronically because the first time (another pt) i tryed this it got rejected saying cob was not done
primary ins id humana and they pd now i need to put in medicaid and file that making sure the cob is correct thanks

You probably need to "check for updates" because there were some changes recently pushed out by McKesson for Revenue Management. Some of the items fixed were regarding COB and secondary claims.

If you run "Check for Updates" and yours is already up-to-date, then it will let you know.

ok so i did my updates and its still not going because of cob what doi do now can i call fred

Paste in your exact error message and I will look into it. "X" out any patient names or patient identifying information.
