problem with secondary

i tryed to file a secondary and it came back COB claim failed to balance : paid amount did not equal adjusted
how can i fix this

Run check for updates. This was supposed to have been fixed on the latest update.

gavin is there a medisoft book i can purchase that tells me how to and what certain things mean in medisoft like what happens when i click on cash case??? things like that

You can press F1 from almost any screen in Medisoft to get help on that screen.

There is a user manual on the Medisoft disk that you should have received that contains the user manual. Just pop the disk in and click the link "View Manual".
