hi gavin,
after i post a pymt i go into details i see how everthing was distributed except deductible
i see where it says under pay/adj code but when i look at pay/adj code there is nothing next to it how come??

Technically, there is no money distributed with a deductible. That is why there is nothing in the amount column. If you open the deductible that is generated in Transaction Entry, you will see the deductible amount in the description column instead of the amount column. A deductible is really just a note that patient is responsible rather than insurance.

so there no way of seeing it there? i like to make sure i have not forgotten to post the ded (just in case)

It should be there, the amount will be $0.00.

i realize the amount should be zero because of the how medisoft has it // but is there a way for me to see the amount of the deductible that i put there

Not from the Deposit Detail window. You can see it in Transaction Entry.
