I am trying to print out a pt statement with a 0 balance for the patient ,i go to reports> pt statement> i have tryed every single remainder statement i put a 0 for statement total range and can not for the LIFE of me print out a statement that has a 0 balance WHAT THE ?????? or any statement PLEASE HELP GAVIN

Zero balance charges just won't print out on Remainder Statements. It is one of those design flaws of Medisoft. Use a Standard Statement instead.
