Patient by Procedure Report

My older version of Medisoft had Patient by Procedure Report under Reports-Standard Patient Lists- with DX and Insurance Carriers reports. It is not there anymore. Where is it hiding in V-17?

I don't recall that one. Was it a custom report or maybe it went by a different name?
