if a pt leaves a deposit that is more than what they owe on 1 case, but they owe money on 2 other cases is there a way to transfer the money to different cases??

Delete the payment transaction and then reapply through Deposit Entry.

Yes, delete through the far left icon (stack of money?) and reapply through the moneybag.

ok so you mean delete the money from quick balance? i thought you meant delete the money in pymts, adj. on the bottom and then go to the money bag and post from their thats a lot of work when you posting lots of pymts dont cha think
