aging reports

how come i cant choose dates between ----- and ----- is there a way to do this ??

Because aging with a date range doesn't make sense. You enter an As Of Date and the aging report will show the balances as of that date.

well i dont need a report that has this mont or last month on it its not past timely filing yet so i wanted something a little more compact that had the dates of when i started billing and 4 months after that so i can see things without all the other dates (stream lining)

Well, you should talk to the doc about going after that old A/R - it could be mutually beneficial. :D Or write it off if he is not interested in pursuing. We do offer a service that can automatically call and send letters on old patient A/R. It is your choice of $7.50 per account or 15% of what is collected.
