Hi gavin i would like to know about signing up for support from you
can you tell me how much and when i call with a question or problem how long do i wait for someone to call back thanks

You can sign up for Medisoft Support by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. We have been running about two hours to return calls lately because of all the ANSI 5010 calls. During normal times, someone should answer the call right away.

ok so i saw the contract is it 200.00 for the month no matter how many times i call and ask a question or do you charge by the hour? and if by the month if i dont call at all during the month do i lose that 200.00 thanks

That is correct. Keep in mind, that does not cover training. It is support only. So if your question begins with "how do I ..." that would be a training question.

We will work your problem to a resolution. Sometimes we run into a bug in the software. In that case, we provide the best work around, but we have to wait for McKesson to fix the software.

CAN I PAY MONTH TO MONTH TO SEE HOW THINGS GO OR DO I HAVE A CONTRACT ? AND IF I CALLED AND SAID I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND CLAIMS WOULD THAT BE SOMETHING YOU WOULD FIX

Yes, it is currently $200 for one month and we will cover your claims processing issues with support. If you are getting an error, we ask that you fax the rejection report back to us.
