Windows 2008 firewall

Another delima here!
Now I have got Advantage server running, I am difficulty Medisoft communicating with server unless I turn off firewall even after allowing .exe file from the Medisoft folder.
Is there port ports needed to be opened that I need to specify on the firewall exceptio rule?

My worksations are either XP pro or Win 7 pro,btw.
