is there a way to change who i get support from my( people) has 1 person who knows about billing so to get a call back is being put on a waiting list i have NO support
what can i do about this

can you do custom reports for me for 150.00 was i reading that correctly? because i need a good report for the doc i am billing for

If you have specifics on what you want on the report, we can usually do it for $180. We usually require that you have Medisoft Advanced v15 or higher.

i have 17 i am a new user and just signed up with medisoft thats why i have so many questions and dont have good support who can actually teach me, all my support team did was install and say there you go i have 6 hrs of training if you can ever get someone long enough to show you anything if i knew it was like this i would have gone with someone else sorry to say UNITL you came along and i found you by chance surfing trying to find out my own info thanks so much gavin

We do have online training videos for $25 per month. These will give you a great overview on how to use the system, but they won't cover specific questions.

thanks gavin but after spending money on the install i would think someone would show you how use this system i should have done my homework better theres alot of little quirkey things

There is a user manual on the DVD that ships with Medisoft.
