You could print to a PDF file and send the file to the doctor securely (email is NOT recommended).

Let us enroll the doctor enroll with BillFlash and then you upload the file to Bill Flash and let them print it. Contact me and then I can provide free support getting you setup.

I run a small billing service myself. You don't want to rely on the doctor's office to print statements for you. By the time they get around to it, the statements will be out of date. With BillFlash, your statements are in the mail by the next business day.

BillFlash is approximately $0.76 per statement depending on which color paper you pick with a $17.50 per month minimum. This includes the cost of postage, return envelope with single window, and a tear-off return payment coupon.

HI Gavin,

I want to print a remainder statement for a patient with some 0 balances. I want all dates of service to show. How do I print a Remainder statement to show all dates of service even those with 0 balance. I tried the ranges you gave for the Standard statement but it did not work for the Remainder.

If the line-item balance is $0.00 then it will not print on a remainder statement. That is a limitation of Medisoft.

I prefer the layout of the remainder statements as it is very clear across the top listing charge, ins pay, ded, guar pay and remainder. What statement do you recommend that is the most patient friendly.

The BillFlash statements are pretty nice. With the postage increase they are now $0.70/statement.

If there is a Remainder Statement you like, you can edit the report properties and change the type from Remainder to Standard. Review it carefully though because Standard statements are quite different than Remainder statements. I wish we could take the best qualities of Standard and Remainder statements and combine them.

The Remainder (all payments and deductibles) is the one I like to start with. If you have Medisoft Basic, then I would start with the one that does aging and is in color. Almost everyone ends up customizing their statement in some way.

We don't have a video, but there is a lot of information if you press the F1 key.
